One parcel and several parcels differ
A quantity of gifts does not establish a quantity of deliveries. Three selected gifts sent to one office may share one merchant order,while three gifts sent to separate homes can need separate arrangements and charges. Our ledger does not automatically divide one shipping fee across recipients or assume that a seller supports a multi-address basket.
Use the selected maker’s actual schedule
Hotel Chocolat’s current delivery page lists standard UK service3–5 working days,with an extra day for NI,Highlands and Islands. It shows £3.95 for one item and £4.95 for two or more items,with those items delivered to one address,and free standard delivery on orders over£60. Those are source conditions to verify at checkout,not a promise that every destination and product qualifies.
A two-box example
Two selected £24 boxes to one address create a £48 merchandise scenario. Under the displayed standard schedule,the two-or-more-items reference charge is £4.95,subject to current eligibility,so the illustrative total is £52.95 if no other actual charge applies. Sending each box separately is a different quote and cannot inherit that one-address fee automatically.
Keep the other sellers separate
The Ryman product source states standard delivery £4.95 or free over£50 using FREEDELIVERY50,with a2–4-day estimate. Papier’s selected page showed a dollar-denominated free-shipping headline despite GBP product data and a GB footer. We therefore leave Papier’s UK shipping threshold unknown rather than converting or transferring that headline. Check the actual current local basket.
Use explicit entries
Enter confirmed shipping,additional tax and other charges,including actual zeros. Blank fields remain unresolved. Do not add VAT again merely because a calculation field exists;use the actual seller invoice. No comparison total across three retailers creates a single free-delivery threshold or verifies a merchant’s acceptance of a multi-address gift order.
