Read both paper terms
Papier’s selected lined notebook lists96 leaves and192 sides. One leaf is a physical sheet with two sides;that explains the two numbers without changing the quantity of complete notebooks in the offer. A gift purchase still receives one notebook. The selected record also lists153 ×215mm,which is its actual declared format rather than an automatic exact ISOA5 assertion.
Why it matters to a thank-you purchase
If the recipient’s preference is a notebook with plenty of writing space, the side count is useful. It does not tell you how long the notebook will last in that person’s routine, how many meetings it will cover or how many recipients it can serve. Do not use192 as the gift-pack denominator in a budget tool. That would answer the wrong question even if the arithmetic itself were correct.
Choose the internal layout first
The page allows lined, dotted or plain. The captured specification is the lined product,with100gsm inner paper and0.8cm line height. Before personalising a cover, confirm that the selected layout suits the recipient’s stated preference. A blank-page artist’s notebook and a lined meeting notebook can have similar covers while being different practical gifts.
A useful purchase example
Suppose two colleagues both request lined notebooks and one already has a matching unused gift ready. The chosen target is two complete notebooks, held stock one,so one more selected offer is needed. The192 sides describe the remaining notebook’s contents but do not reduce that purchase to a fraction of an offer. If the second colleague wants plain pages, that becomes a separate selected record.
Avoid untested paper claims
100gsm is a stated paper mass-per-area specification, not proof that every fountain pen or highlighter will resist bleed-through. We have not tested writing, drying, smearing or paper durability. If a particular writing tool is essential, seek current maker guidance for that exact combination or choose a recipient-approved format without inventing a universal compatibility result.
