If the target is13 matching notebook gifts and two matching suitable complete notebooks are already held,11 additional offers cover the target. For four boxed pens with one already held,three additional offers are needed. Keep inner units out of the target
The notebook’s96 leaves,the chocolate box’s18 pieces and the pen’s included presentation box are different contents. They are not interchangeable gift-pack quantities. Choosing the unsupported inner-pieces basis produces an unresolved result rather than quietly treating18 chocolates as18 complete gifts. Count matching held stock carefully
If the brief requires identical personalised notebooks,a spare standard notebook with a different cover name may not count as held stock. If the brief permits varied non-personalised gifts,that is a deliberate change to the requirement,not a calculator decision. Count only suitable usable items for the chosen target,and avoid reusing a gift whose condition or intended recipient does not match the plan.
The zero-buy result is useful
A target already met by held stock requires zero additional offers. More held stock does not create a negative order. Blank,negative,fractional,exponent or out-of-range counts are rejected. The arithmetic range up to one million per input is a testing bound,not a supplier order limit or approval of a corporate order.
Check supply and process separately
A correct target result does not reserve stock,approve a personalisation design or bypass a maker’s bulk-order process. In particular,Papier’s over49-items approval statement remains separate from arithmetic. Obtain the real selected quote and confirmation before committing. No recipient names,employee lists or addresses are collected or transmitted by this tool.
